Regulatory authority

The primary regulatory authority for marketing companies in the UK is the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). The ASA enforces the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (CAP code). They are responsible for ensuring that advertising across all media complies with the Advertising Codes, which are written by the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP). 

There are also regulations in according with Meta, Google, Adobe and other parties we may work with,  which we will be subjected to.
